Management Buy-Out of Clifford Thames backed by LDC
In 2014, as a long standing leaders within the organisation, Calvin (CEO) and Scott (CTO), accompanied by Richard West (CFO), led a management buy-out of the global Clifford Thames business which was backed by Lloyds Development Capital. Following the MBO, the business achieved significant additional growth.
Sale of Clifford Thames to OEConnection
In 2017, Clifford Thames was acquired by US-based OEConnection, backed by Providence Equity Partners. Scott took a position on the executive team as Chief Data Officer to assist with the continued growth of the combined organisations. Calvin assisted with the first six months of transition of the business.
Sale of OEConnection to Genstar Capital
In 2019, Scott assisted in the leadership team in the successful transition of OEConnection to Genstar Capital.
Additionally, we have supported Private Equity Houses with due diligence advisory services and also carried out much due diligence through our own successful merger and acquisition activities.
