Comments
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Where our services provide the ability for you to login and create a profile, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you fill in one of our Contact Forms to contact us, we will store the email address you supply only for the purposes of contact you to react to your enquiry. Additionally, your text and email will be supplied to our team for such purposes. Additionally, your email may be logged into a Contact Management System to track your enquiry. Your email address will be used for no other purposes and will not be sold/passed to any other organisation without your prior approval.
We utilise reCAPTCHA v3 on our site to prevent spam. Your use of reCAPTCHA v3 is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Use
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How we protect your data
Our website runs over an encrypted service (via https://) and requires secure log-in in order to reach our back-end systems. These logins are centrally controlled and only distributed on an as-required basis.
All supplementary systems to which your details may be transferred also require logins provided and managed within our organisation.
