My 25+ years leading an automotive technology business through accelerated growth and innovation, a Private Equity backed Management Buy-Out, various business integrations (as buyer and seller) and subsequent Private Equity ‘flips’ I have the insights to not only help a business grow through innovation, problem solving, tech team leadership, and data insights but also achieve maximum shareholder value.

With a balanced affinity to both business and tech, I provide the often missing link between to maximise the technology capabilities of an organisation alongside the customer and board-room expectations.
With global experience, I’ve invented, designed and delivered successful aftermarket solutions to senior levels of both blue-chip automotive manufacturers such as Ford, GM, Renault and JLR, alongside lease companies including Arval and ALD. I’ve worked with global development partners in consultancy and advisory roles as well as leading on-shore, near-shore and global teams and suppliers. I’ve worked with small “start-up” teams as well as carrying out transformation for existing larger teams – both technical and non-technical.
